OnlyChelseaBuns -- Terms and Conditions

2. AGE VERIFICATION FOR PURCHASES

All purchases of physical products, digital products, or any off-platform transactions require mandatory age verification before the transaction is completed.

To complete a purchase, you are required to provide:

A clear photo of yourself holding your government-issued photo ID
A clear photo of the front of your government-issued photo ID
A clear photo of the back of your government-issued photo ID
Your full shipping address (for physical products)

Failure to provide complete and satisfy age verification will result in cancellation of your order. No exceptions will be made.

Your identification information will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. It is collected solely for the purpose of age verification and legal compliance.

3. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content produced by OnlyChelseaBuns, including but not limited to photos, videos, voice recordings, written content, livestreams, and any other media, on any platform is the sole intellectual property of OnlyChelseaBuns.

You are expressly prohibited from:

Recording, screenshotting, or capturing any content in any format without prior written consent
Sharing, redistributing, uploading, or reselling any content on any platform
Using any content for commercial purposes
Claiming ownership of any content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to all platforms and services, and may result in legal action.

4. NO RECORDING POLICY

Recording of any livestreams, video calls, voice notes, or any other live or recorded content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from OnlyChelseaBuns.

This includes but is not limited to screen recording, third-party recording software, or any other method of capturing content.

Fans found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately banned from all platforms and services without refund.

5. PURCHASE POLICY

Custom Content

Payment is required in full before production begins
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once production has begun.
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase
OnlyChelseaBuns reserves the right to decline any custom content request

Digital Products

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after delivery of digital products.
Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed

Physical Products (Chelsea's Garage Sale -- Worn Items)

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Items are pre-owned and sold as described
Shipping address and age verification are required before shipment
Shipping timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase
OnlyChelseaBuns is not responsible for lost or damaged items once shipped

Subscriptions and Memberships

Subscription fees are non-refundable
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods

6. COMMUNICATION AND CONDUCT

All interactions with OnlyChelseaBuns across any platform must be conducted respectfully and in good faith.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour of any kind
Sending unsolicited explicit content
Attempting to obtain personal information beyond what is shared voluntarily
Impersonating OnlyChelseaBuns or creating fraudulent accounts
Making demands for free content or services
Attempting to circumvent any payment system

Violation of these conduct standards will result in immediate termination of access to all platforms and services without refund.

7. IMPERSONATION AND FRAUD

OnlyChelseaBuns will never reach out to you unsolicited on social media or ask for money through direct messages on social platforms.

If you receive a message from an account claiming to be OnlyChelseaBuns asking for money or personal information through social media DMs, this is a scammer. Please report and block the account immediately.

Official accounts and platforms are listed on the OnlyChelseaBuns Beacons page. Any account not listed there is not affiliated with OnlyChelseaBuns.

8. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through sign-up forms, including name, email address, and date of birth, is collected solely for the purposes of age verification, communication, and providing services.

Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

You may request removal of your information at any time by contacting OnlyChelseaBuns directly.

9. PLATFORM RULES

All interactions on third-party platforms (OnlyFans, LoyalFans, FamBase, Clapper, SextPanther, Streamate, and others) are also subject to the terms and conditions of those respective platforms.

OnlyChelseaBuns reserves the right to block or ban any user from any platform at her sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these terms, platform rules, or conduct standards.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

OnlyChelseaBuns reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of any platform or service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
